Terms of Service

Effective date: October 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AgentReshape AI Prompts at www.agentreshape.com (the "Service"). The Service is operated by IDESIGN LABS DOO, Glamocka 4, Belgrade, Serbia, company ID 21115649, tax ID (PIB) 109035599 ("we", "us").

By buying access, creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What you get

A one-time purchase gives you access to:

  • the AgentReshape prompt library,
  • the bonus eBooks, and
  • the Brand Voice Kit, if you bought it.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we operate the Service. It does not mean the lifetime of the buyer.

We may add, edit, reorganize or remove prompts, eBooks and features over time. We will not charge you again for the access you already bought.

2. Purchases and payment

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record for all orders.

  • Lemon Squeezy handles payment, billing, taxes and invoices.
  • Lemon Squeezy's own terms apply to the transaction.
  • We never see or store your card details.

Prices are shown at checkout. A Brand Voice Kit bought on its own does not include library access.

3. Refunds

All sales are final. The details are in our Refund Policy.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address. You can sign in with a password, a one-time email link or Google.

Keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at hello@agentreshape.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts and eBooks in your own real estate business.

You may:

  • copy prompts into AI tools,
  • edit them for your own use, and
  • publish the content you create with them, such as listings, posts, emails and videos.

You may not:

  • share your login, or let anyone outside your account use it. Team or brokerage use needs one purchase per person.
  • resell, redistribute, publish, share or give away the prompts, prompt collections or eBooks, in whole or in substantial part, paid or free. This includes uploading them to other sites, marketplaces, courses, groups or prompt libraries.
  • use the Service or its content to build a competing product, or to train or fine-tune an AI model.
  • scrape, bulk-download or automate access to the Service.
  • remove copyright or ownership notices.

The Service, prompts, eBooks, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Everything not expressly granted here is reserved.

6. Your content and AI outputs

Your content. You keep ownership of what you put into the Service, such as the writing samples you upload for the Brand Voice Kit. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Outputs. Text, images and videos you generate in third-party AI tools using our prompts are yours to use. We claim no ownership of them.

Third-party tools. The prompts are made for tools we don't own or control, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and image or video generators. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and pricing.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of any third-party tool named in the Service or eBooks. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Your responsibility for what you publish

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or non-compliant. Review everything before you use it.

You alone are responsible for making sure your marketing and communications comply with all laws and rules that apply to you, including:

  • fair housing laws,
  • real estate advertising rules,
  • MLS rules,
  • your brokerage's policies, and
  • any professional codes you are bound by.

The Service and eBooks are educational and marketing tools. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice.

8. No guarantee of results

We don't promise any particular outcome, such as more leads, listings, sales, followers or income. Your results depend on you, your market and many factors outside our control.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it.

If we ever shut the Service down for good, we will try to give you at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download your eBooks.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access without refund if you materially break these Terms, especially Section 5.

Access is also removed if your payment is fully refunded.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, we may remove your access.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@agentreshape.com.

11. Disclaimer

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities.
  • our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Belgrade, unless the law of the country where you live gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
