All sales are final

AgentReshape AI Prompts is a digital product with instant access. As soon as your purchase completes, you can open the full prompt library and download the eBooks, and that can't be undone.

For that reason, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds. This applies to the lifetime library and to the Brand Voice Kit.

Please read the product details on www.agentreshape.com before you buy. If you have questions, email hello@agentreshape.com first and we'll answer them.

If something goes wrong

If you can't access what you bought, or you were charged twice for the same product, email hello@agentreshape.com with your order number. We'll fix access or correct the duplicate charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

Who processes payments

Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Any refund we approve, or that the law requires, is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

How refunds and disputes affect access

• Full refund: access to the library, eBooks and Brand Voice Kit for that order is removed.
• Partial refund, for example a duplicate-charge correction: your access stays.
• Chargeback or payment dispute: If you file a chargeback, we may remove your access. Please contact us before disputing a charge; we usually resolve problems quickly.
