Privacy Policy

This policy explains how IDESIGN LABS DOO, Glamocka 4, Belgrade, Serbia, company ID 21115649, tax ID (PIB) 109035599 ("we", "us"), handles personal data in AgentReshape AI Prompts at www.agentreshape.com (the "Service").
We are the data controller. We process personal data under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and any other privacy laws that apply.
1. What we collect
Order data. When you buy, our reseller Lemon Squeezy sends us your name, email address, country, the products you bought, the order number, the amount and the order status, including refunds. We never receive your card details.
Account data.
- Your email address, a securely hashed password if you set one, and your login and password-reset tokens.
- If you sign in with Google: your name, your verified email address and profile picture, if stored.
Brand Voice Kit data, if you use it:
- the writing samples you upload, and
- the voice profile we create from them.
Usage data. Your favorited prompts, which books you open and when (to show "Continue reading"), and basic technical logs: IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps and errors. We use these for security and troubleshooting.
Support emails. What you send us at hello@agentreshape.com.
Data that stays in your browser. The values you type into prompt variables, such as your city or name, are saved only in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us.
2. Why we use it

We don't sell your personal data. We don't use your content to train AI models. We don't send marketing emails without your consent, only emails about your purchase and getting started.
3. Who we share it with
We use service providers that process data for us under contract:
- Lemon Squeezy: checkout, payment, taxes and invoicing (merchant of record).
- Google: "Sign in with Google", and our support email (Google Workspace).
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): file storage for eBooks and media, in the United States.
- Laravel Cloud: application hosting and database.
- Resend: sending login links and account emails.
- Evolink: your writing samples and related text are sent to Evolink to generate your Brand Voice profile and outputs. Evolink routes requests to the underlying AI model provider (currently Anthropic).
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
4. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside Serbia, mainly in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data: until your account is deleted.
- Writing samples and voice profile: until you delete them or your account is deleted.
- Order and invoice records: as long as accounting and tax laws require.
- Login links: expire after 24 hours and work once.
- Logs: 30 days.
6. Cookies
We only use cookies that the Service needs to work:
- a session cookie that keeps you logged in, and
- a security token that protects forms.
We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- access your data,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- restrict or object to its processing, or
- give you a portable copy.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Account deletion is by email request to hello@agentreshape.com. We'll confirm it's you and reply within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority where you live.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including:
- encrypted connections (HTTPS),
- hashed passwords,
- private storage for eBooks with short-lived download links, and
- limited access to systems.
No system is perfectly secure.
9. Children
The Service is for real estate professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll change the effective date, and for material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app.
